Great location for skiing with kids, beautiful view of Gross Arber, good breakfasts, polite and helpful staff, warm and clean room, delicious and varied food.

The hotel's stunning views of the snowy mountains were one of the best aspects. the free access to the swimming pool and sauna was a nice perk. the helpful staff members ensured we had a comfortable stay.

The rooms were quite small and lacked basic amenities. the breakfast was disappointing with very few fresh options.

The surrounding area of the hotel has opportunities for outdoor activities, but the small children's corner next to the restaurant was not nice. the room was partly refurbished and equipped with necessary amenities like TV, double bed, phone, and shower. the hotel staff, especially the receptionist, was kind and helpful to guests. Breakfast was nice and offered a good variety of options.

The check-in process was cumbersome and the hotel lacks proper housekeeping supervision.
